The Beatles Story Liverpool
Liverpool's Royal Phiharmonic Orchestra
MUSIC
Liverpool is not only the world capital of pop, its music  ranges from the  highly successful  Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra through to the cultures and creeds of its multi-national population.
It trades on being the birthplace of the Beatles but can blow  its own trumpet about the successes of other home-grown musicians including Sir Simon Rattle who will be back home in 2008  to  conduct the Berlin Philharmoniker and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.
